How does DogBot work?

We have three help commands so far.
!help - Shows the help commands!
!help1 - Moderation commands! Tons of commands for moderating someone!
!help2 - Other commands! Shows the other commands people are able to use!

!help3 - Image based commands! Has a few commands that can generate commands!
